 Post subject: 5x5 za masu i snagu

Planiram krenut sa programom 5x5 za masu i snagu.

da li da radim tacno kao sto je napisano na linku ili se mogu ubaciti po jedna vjezba za bic+tric trapez i zadnje rame..jer po ovom programu tek u 3 fazi nakon 6 mjeseci ide..neka izolacija...

nekako mi se cini da su treninzi u ovoj 3. fazi prezteski ima oko 10 vjezbi a 5x5

Ma gledam koji je najbolji program za masu i snagu..i naidjem na ovaj..ako ima neko da bolje objasni ili predlozi drugaciji program bio bih zahvalan..

evo nasao sam sa prevodom..jeli a1 i a2 super serije znaci...bez odmora.. .i da neke vjezbe zamjenim koje ne mogu raditi..drugom vjezbom..mislim na vjezbe sa kablovima jer imam samo lat masinu..

npr.
sjedeće veslanje kablovima?
Potisak kablovima prema dolje?
Sjedeće veslanje kablovima do vrata? itd..
i moze objasnjenje i za tempo..

Kao prvo prestani trazit "najbolji" program, kao drugo ako vec ides radit po programu onda ga se drzi ;)

Svi govore o tome da bi svartko trebao eksperimentirati i sastaviti program po svojim mogucnostima. Kako koji program ce kako na koga utjecati.

Da, naravno, ali na kojoj razini ? Pocetnici, a i srednje iskusni bi trebali raditi po nekom fiksnom planu i pratiti kako utjece na njih - tek onda ce moci nesto napraviti na osnovu iskustva

Bas sam to htio i reci, da je bitno iskustvo i pratiti vjezbe koje utjecu kako na koga. U pravu si sta se tice toga da bi pocetnici trebali vjezbati po nekom fiksnom programu, dok ne skupe dovoljno iskustva i znanja da si sami sastave program koji njima najbolje lezi.

Jedine izolacije koje bih ubacio su one za prevenciju posturalnih problema (tipa face pull, scapular wall slide, letenje za zadnje rame, serratus sklekovi i slicno), i to niskog intenziteta i volumena u dane odmora, tako da predstavljaju aktivan odmor i ne ometaju program.
