tuna od 140 grama iscjedena koliko ima proteina i koliko ima 200g pilecih prsa ?

Konzerva od 140g iscijedena (dobro iscijedena) ima oko 90g mesa a to bi bilo oko 15-20g proteina. 200g pilecih prsa oko 40g proteina.
Masa, masa i samo masa !!!

200 grama piletine je oko 40 grama proteina, a 140 grama tune je oko 28 grama proteina.

jos jedna stvar .. koliko 100g posnog ima proteina i koilko razeni kruh 100grama ima kalorija :idea:

100g posnog sira od 12-15g proteina
a ra?eni ako ima oko 50-tak ugljikohidrata zna?i trebalo bi biti 200Kcal

cini mi se nekako malo jel mi dovoljno popodne tuna u navecer 250g posnog onda to je cca. 90g proteina ?

?ekaj, ti misli? jel ti dovoljno 90g proteina dnevno?
uglavnom proteini ti trebaju biti 2g po kg, zna?i ukoliko ima? oko npr. 70kg treba? min oko 140g proteina

ae dobro si me sjetio samo nepijem whey go samo jednu aminikiselinu pa kako da unesem jos 50 grama ?

A recimo povecaj to 250g posnog na 500g svaki dan...poslije treninga ubaci 5-6 bjelanjaka...imas miljun kombinacija...malo maste...
Train, eat, FORUM, sleep! Repeat!
